Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Selected and presented papers will be submitted for publication with Scopus Indexed Journal of Physics: conference series by IOP Publishing. At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register at the full registration rate. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered.

It may be ensured that the Remitter’s (Participant/Author) name, EasyChair Paper-ID and the Purpose of remittance (Registration Fees) is clearly mentioned by the Remitter in the Funds Transfer Application. Indian Nationals or Students residing in overseas have to pay foreign author’s registration rate only.

Student Registration: Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars). When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card.

Registration fees are not refundable for any Authors/Conference Attendee/Listener/Delegates. Refunds are not provided for attendees who do not attend the conference.

The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates/attendees, either during, or after the conference.

In case of natural disaster calamities, conference will be held online.
